Hi. I"m 15. A girl. I'm always putting myself down because of how fat I am. Well, my mom says im not fat, but i look it! i weigh 157 pounds and i used to be 195. is that good that i lost all that weight? but i WAS 145 and this summer i gained 12 pounds!

im on the weight watchers diet, and i find i ALWAYS! go over my 22 points! Can anyone help me or give me some advice as to how i am supposed to stay away from junk and muffins or something?

by the way, im 5'3", and i just want to know how to look on the positive side, knowing that going to school will make it easier to stay on my points.
