Hi, I am 23 years old and I am very skinny. Since I remember I was always like that. I have tried many things but I didn't make to gain weight. Some time ago I have decided to try with gym and I hope body building will help me. Please tell me which the best way to gain weight is.

Hi, first of all you have to eat if you want to gain weight. However you have to make plan of your meals if you don't want to become fat. First you have to split your meals into several smaller meals. Amount of food has to be bigger than it would be in three big meals but carefully divided. Also you have to rest between your training and I would stimulate your weight gain.
