I am 13 years old, female, 5'5, 5'6, and I weigh 195 pounds... I am graduating this year and the thing is I already got my grad dress so I can't loose a massive amount until July. Since I am going into high school I want a fresh start. If you could list some Easy healthy fast breakfasts to make that still taste good that would be great. Also, it would be helpful If you could list some fun exercises that are still affective. Thanks I need all the help I can get.

make an omelet... or just eggs! you could also drink a smoothie for breakfast! that's what I do! I put stuff in it like banana, strawberries, oranges, and spinach. (the spinach adds no taste its just really good for you!
