I've been having this problem. I was diagnosed with a spermatocele after experiencing dull aches. but I've noticed that my testicle flips upside down. I know this because the spermatocele which is originally located on top of the testicle, is down behind and on the bottom. it seems to fix itself and it doesn't cause much pain. just very bad anxiety. (I'm a bit of a hypochondriac already) can anyone explain this or have the same problem? will this later result in a torsion in another time?

If you were to look at your testicles moving 24 hours a day, you will note they move around inside the scrotum quite a bit. As long as they return back to their positions, then I don't see much to worry about, esp. if there is no pain or discomfort associated with it. It sounds as if you're freaking yourself out over something that happens normally to your body. However, just to be on the safe side, always ask a medical professional about this. Consult with a urologist about the dull testicular pain and ask him or her about the movement of your testicles with regards to possible torsion.
