If you've not done anything in a while chances are you're not, but how long is 'awhile'? Ovulation is usually about 2 weeks before your period is due, though depending on your cycle it could be a little longer.
Also, have you been taking the pill properly? ie. Same time EVERYday?
Sometimes it can take a bit for your body to get used to the pill. I was on it for a year and a half, and though I was religious as possible for me there were times when I missed a pill, but nothing happened.
There was a few occasions when I missed a period entirely, especially when I first started taking it, but was never preg.
The best thing to do if you are really worried, and you are late, is take a precautionary test. If your exhibiting symptoms and get a neg. then you can double check with your doctor.
It's better to do this before you are supposed to take your next active pill, because it's not good to take the pill if you're preg, but not good to stop taking it (unless your planning to stop completely) if you're not. Especially when you're trying to get your body used to it.
