I was shaving, now it is uncomfortable

Okay so I was shaving with, at the time I didn't know, was a dull razor and basically left quite a few knicks everywhere! They're on the front of my privates, around the lips, a few in my inner thighs, some are on the sensitive skin on my lips of the vagina, I assume some are on my clit because that itches and stings. And even some around the hole and coming into my butt cheeks! Safe to say it is incredibly uncomfortable and I can't sleep and I can't even sit normal! I always have to lay down. What do I do?! I tried keeping it dry and clean with vaginal deodarent powder and that progressively made it itch. I put Neosporin on ones that are too sensitive to the touch and even had my boyfriend pull hairs out of super sensitive ones. What do I do?! I'm seriously lost for words and need to sleep!
