So I'm 13 and I weigh 145 pounds. Now my boobs are pretty big and that's how I judge my body. If my stomach sticks out as much as my boobs then there's a problem. However I just went to a basketball camp and absolutely nothing happened. No weight loss, no muscle building, nothing. But my mom is the one always home and she doesn't want to go to the gym with me so I can't go. I was wondering if I slept more if I would loose more. I've done it before I sleep about 16-21 hours a day and only wake up for water. It seemed to work well...... but Idk if its healthy
