I am almost 13 and i weigh 145-148 pounds and i feel like hat is way to much and my grandma and mom always tell me that i need to lose weight and i know that but my aunt tells me that i am growing so i get a little big than i grow it out an she tells me that if i am worrying about weight problems than i should worry about how i look and not how much i weigh besides 50% of your body weight is probably muscle so i just wanted to know some tips on how to lose some weight i do soccer basketball and lax so i think i just need to eat better.
