I'm 13 turning 14 this 15. First of all,my breasts started to grow when I was 10. By that time,my breast are still even. But when the days pass and I always bump my left side breast into walls or bookshelves,I thought it won't cause any effect on my breast. But as I grow up until 13,I realize that my breast are uneven and that's the time I always got confuse on my breast. And even I sleep at night,I still wear bra and my mom said it is bad wearing bra all day and night cause my breast cannot breath and will not grow and can cause breast cancer too. I didn't believe on ehat my mom told me so I still wear bra all day and night. But then,after months passed,I realize that she was right. My left breast was small and the other breast is growing bigger(not too much). So I decided not to wear bra all day and night unless I am going out and it helped me alot to grow my left breast even but slowly. And I am more conscious not to bump my breast and it helped me alot too. Just dont wear bra all day and night cause our breast and dont bump ur breast in anything and it will help u get even breast. Just like mine. Thats all
