i am 13 years old and weigh 125 lbs.i want to lose 20 lbs before school starts next year. i luv sports, but the don't help. i don't like very many fruits and veggies, but am willing to try anything, other that pills. PLEASE HELP ME. am tires of people telling me i'm not fat, I AM

I am also 13 years old and weight 80 pounds, yeah i know its weird but i actually know how to help you lose weight. First of all, avoid eating red meats and start eating more fish and chicken, eat fruits and vegetables( as many as you can possibly have), eat less proportions of food in each meal, but make sure you get enough so that you are not hungry, eat many dried berries and eat a few nuts each day, do NOT eat fast food, soda, or any sugary drinks! Second of all, besides doing sports, you should buy workout videos from famous trainers such as Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels, and do a different workout video everyday... And remember dont give up!!! You might not see any changes for many weeks but when you start seeing changes you'll know that your efforts are paying off... Push yourself to be the best person you can be!
