Id like to be pregnant, but if i have a blood test done would that put my mind at ease?

i was wondering if somebody could help me,im 19 and i think i may be pregnant, i have the cramps, feeling tired nearly all day, im not stressed at all, i have taken 3 pregnancy tests and all have came back negative, i used a stop smoking invisi patch thing and earlier on today i was sick three or four times and then i was fine, feeling dizzy and weak but i was ok, i know me being sick had nothing to do with the invisi patch as id used them before, i was absolutely fine before i was sick. im very confused. id like to be pregnant, but if i have a blood test done would that put my mind at ease? having not had a baby before im not familiar with this situation and am very confused. please help xxxx

sometimes if u test to soon u could get a false negitve but usually a blood test is always accurate thats ur best chance, and have u missed a period yet?? those are some of the sign's thats how i was, and make sure when doing a home pg test u use fmu! ok good luck to u!!
