I am 22 years old and this is the first time my girlfriend and I have
ever had sex. She used the pill, and I used a Condom. I am probably
freaking out for no reason, but I am a little concerned about
everything, seeing that this is all new to me. She got cramps and had
spotting last night which is about 5 days after the event. She is rather
irregular so there is know way of telling when her period might be.
What do you guys think?

I would say it's highly highly unlikley that she would get pregnant. You both took perfect measure's to safeguard against pregnancy. The only way something could happen is as if your condom was no good and she missed her pill. The cramp's she ia having could be related to the pill as well as the spotting. I say relax, your doing exactly what your supposed to do.
