Tri training and job searching eats up all my time.
But next year without the IM training I'll be mountain biking more and hiking more. I love doing those 2 things and don't get enough time to do them.

What do your currently do for activity and health?
I'm a lazy pregnant bum right now but prior to that I ran, lifted weights, and did Tae Kwon Do. I need to get back into doing something right now or I'm going to be a horribly fat slob in another 5 months!!!

Currently I run 6 days a week and weight train 2-3 X a week. I used to swim twice a week for cross training but work and marathon training have taken over most of my time for the past month.
I'll like to get back to swimming despite being pathetically slow and inefficient at it...it's a good cross training and zero-impact exercise...It seems to speed up recovery from my running workouts
If I have more time and the money I would pick up cycling again but not at the moment.

New? Jump rope. Stacey's trainer makes her do it and it's something I can do on a regular basis with my girlie.
Current Activity? I walk regularly. I haven't run since I ran that mile for the mile challenge and that sucked big time.
Health? I make healthier choices when I'm out and about and upping my dairy and vegetable intake per day.
