im 13 years old, i havent yet started my period and all my friends have.. i find white stains in my pants and i dont know why? i want to ask my mom and tell her i havent started or ask her when she started but im scared it will be too arkward considering i have 2 younger sisters? help?

I wouldn't worry. I didn't start until I was 14! I've gone on to have five healthy children. Your mum is there to help you and is probably expecting this conversation soon anyhow. It's a mums proud moment when their little girl is turning into a woman. Ask her if you can talk in private and then ask her all the questions you have. She will be happy you asked her. ;)
