Your not an old woman yet. It may be that you are approaching guys as friends and not letting one know that you are available. It is hard to be the guy who has to make all the moves and prepare to get totally rejected. You could ask leading questions to get the guy of your choice interested and make him think it was his idea to get together somewhere. You can steer the talking to a little more romantic topics to see if he responds. If you get a deep discussion going lean on his shoulder to make the first contact. If he starts making advances, make it acceptable so he doesn't feel rejected. You can have nice gum or breath mint so your breath is nice. If he turns to you close the distance in your faces / lips to half and stop. This tells him he has a green light to go in for the kiss. If he doesn't get it right away, gently exhale so he smells your breath and is interested. Just don't exhale and blow on him - that ruins it. If he closes the distance gently pucker up and close your eyes (you can peek slightly to make sure your not just sitting there). From this point what happens next is going to go naturally. Tongue or not on the first kiss, don't worry. But your only early teens, don't rush the rest.
