Try swimming, biking, running, jogging, treadmilling, and yoga! It helps a lot!!! Try eating fruits and vegetables. Eat no meat except for sunday, and only eat chicken. Eating salad with no toppings may sound gross, but in three days of this diet, I have lost 5 pounds! It works, and is a much better substitute than starving yourself! Also drink lots of protein shakes and eat lots of plain white rice!

I'm thirteen 5'5/5'6 and 170 pounds. I'm a dancer and have a lot of muscle on my body. if someone heard how much I weigh they would be surprised. I know your probably thinking I'm fat but I'm not.

Hi I know i'm only commenting a year later and you maybe weigh 92kg or less but I'm also trying to lose some weight and al what I do is drink 2L water per day and you will see how you will be loseing weight and you can eat what you want but then you have to drink 2L water per day tnx :)

I am 13 and i weigh the same as her... like 108~115...
Is that okay?
I always think i am fat!!
Especially since when i look around i feel like i am the biggest, when people say i'm skinny or normal.

I'm 13 too, I'm also around 5'3, and weigh around the same as you. I used to be so self conscious about my weight, but now I'm actually trying to gain a couple pounds. 110-112 lbs is definitely not overweight. ypu have nothing to worry about.

Im 12 about to be 13 in 2 months I weigh 110 or so and I'm 5"0 -5"1 and I always look in the mirror and see fat but everyone tells me I'm a stick or I'm skinny but I don't see it I see my self as a huge pig . I try not to eat but my mom tells me I'm skinny and have to eat . I don't know if I'm anorexic or something but I need advice
