Try not to worry you may be just a bit of a late bloomer, you have a few years of growth and development ahead of you.
Your height is spot on for age; some guys can just end up smaller than others but a growth spurt can change that soon enough.
Getting bullied can really hurt and make things difficult.
You could try telling your teachers and your parents, talking with your school councillor is always a good idea they can help you through the rough times and recommend places to find additional support.
Please always keep in mind to stay safe, be with your friends as much as possible and try to avoid the bullies in the school hangout where there are other kids around.
Try not to let them get to you the bullies can be real tough to deal with and when they see they are getting to you they will keep it up.
