I'm 16 and a male. i'm at my last year of school. I'm 6'1'' and i'm 336lbs. Does anyone know how i can loose weight as i want to get down to 168lbs. As i keep getting bullied at school all the time and people keep on laughing at me when i'm out shopping and now i never leave the house to do anything and to go out with my friends in the past 2 years. Can anybody help me (cry cry cry cry cry) i'm really sorry i always feel upset when i talk about this.

hey dont worry, im gunna tell u straight up, u can loose as much as u want if u work hard..ignore ignorant peopl, your young. im 16 too, the best way to loose it is to start being active, go for a run, run 6 miles a week, aas time goes by increase miles..eat good, whole foods, stay away from high amounts of salt,sugar and fat...start somewhere. hope i helped..weight training is good too..message me if u want me to make u a schedule to follow and if u want more advice
