okay so ive had the mirena IUD for 3 years now. And recently ive been having issues with it. I usually get small cramping and spotting for a day once a month. But this month ive had bad stomach aches and spotting 3 days. Beginning of April. April 13th and April 16th. what is going on?? HELP...
