I'm 22 and pregnant then I started bleeding really light red color and really have and I am having severe pain in my abdomen I am having the pain so bad I almost pass out and I'm hungry but if I eat it feels like I am gonna throw up and i don't know what to do at all I'm scared if I go to the doctor they are going to tell me something is wrong with the baby or I had a miscarriage

Seek emergency medical attention now.

We don't know what is causing the pain or bleeding but it is an emergency and you need to go to a doctor. I can understand your concern about the baby - but if you don't do anything you very well could lose the baby. Wouldn't you rather that the doctors at least have an opportunity to save the baby - IF something is wrong?
