I'm 13 years old, and I am really skinny as I have a high metabolism and take after my mum. I have quite a unhealthy diet of snacking a lot in between meals, and dont eat much fruit, and veg! Even though my mum says I will be fine when I'm older, I'm worried my weight will just increase a lot as I get older! I find it hard to diet, and I hate most fruits! Help!:|
