I'm 13 years old and I weigh 176 pounds. I eat healthy all the time but I have a few treats here and there. I'm slowly losing weight because of the healthy eating but I want to drop down a dress size by the summer and I wont lose enough weight to go down a dress size just by eating healthly. I know I have to do a bit of exersize but the problem is that I have bad asthma, also because of the hot weather where I live, when I do sports I get very dizzy.

Do you know any sports I can do that I can do with my asthma and dizziness? ( I cant go to the pool to swim because there is none and I dont like the beach)

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Ahhh but you really can lose a dress size or even 2 or 3 or 4 just by dieting!  In reality, losing wieght is like 80% diet and 20% exercise, so exercise is less important than you seem to think.

That's not to say you should not exercise--of course you should, but if you're not losing much weight through your diet than you need to change your diet!  What are you eating?  Perhaps it's not so healthy as you believe...  Try to stick to whole, unprocessed foods.

This basically means: don't eat anything that comes from the aisles of a grocerey store.  Stick to the produce section (though frozen veggies and fruits are alright), dairy section, and meat section.  Don't eat sugar unless it's in the form of fruit.

As for exercise? Walk.  That's seriously all you need to do.  I am skinny--i have to work for it--but I mostly just walk for exercise, though i do it everyday, often uphill and for at least 45mins.
