Okay, I have been on the pill and I have a cyst on my right ovarie. I get a lot of pains due to that and so I have been taking Motrin for the pain. Now, on Sunday I began to get brown discharge and on monday it was with a little of light red. Today it's just light red but not strong enough to use a pad or tampon. Barely any. Could it be implantation bleeding?
I called the nurse she said to take the pregnancy test and to call her but I know it's too soon for a accurate result to show. But want opinions.

I cannot tell if it could be implantation bleeding because you didn't say anything about your cycle, the last time you had sex, if you take your pills regularly, etc
Ovarian cysts would also cause spotting, so this might be it.
