ive been off BCP for a month now. and ive been having unprotected sex with my husband in hope of conceiving. i am taking vitamins and folic acid.i took an ovulation test on monday and tuesday and noticed it showed i was ovulating. i had unprotected sex sat-mon but not tues. i was just wondering how long till i could check for pregnancy? cause i know you dont always have symptoms. thanks

If you know when you were ovulating, then I would add 14 days and take a test. Some tests claim that they can show a result 10 days after ovulation, this only works if there is early implantation, but the average embryo implants around 8-9 dpo so there is not enough hormone to detect that early.
