Hi. I'm 38 year old women.
I'm having problems with overweight almost all my life but this never cause some serious medical problems.
Before this happen, I would like to start with some diet and try to reduce my weight.
I'm not sure that some simple diet can help me because it sounds to my pretty unhealthy. Diet without physical activity is worthless.
What kind of exercises should I practice along with my diet?
