I have an irritation on the head of my penis...the head of my penis is inflamed and red and on the rim of my penis there are several bumps and it is also red...should i see a dermatologist or a urologist for these type of symptoms?

I would reccomend to maybe see a docter, im sure they can give you some sort or tablet or medication to sort your problem right out.
