Hi I'm 13 turning 14 in a month and my nipples are puffy I don't know if it's extra tissue or something. Can anyone help me??

It's hard to say without seeing them but it sounds like it could be a little bit of gynecomastia. It is normal for boys going through puberty to have some degree of breast formation due to the drastically changing hormones. And the gynecomastia typicaly goes away as one gets farther along in puberty
