Im getting really painful intermittent cramps in my belly which feel like labour pains (im not pregnant) how do i find out what it is and how to get rid of it?. its very painful. Its been happening since about 12pm.

First how old are you and do you have your period yet? Second Have you eaten any knid of greasy foods in the few hours before you started having this pain? Can you answer theses questions and then i can help you out even more!
