Hi. I'm 15 years old. I got my first period when I was 13 years old. I've been getting regular and normal periods for 6-7 days, since then with cramps and stuff. But since a few months I've been getting irregular Periods. Maybe it's sporting I'm not sure. There's this brown discharge and a very light colour blood on my panty. There's no need for me to wear a pad too. It's like 7-8 days long. I'm pretty scared. My mom said it's normal as I'm just a teen. But I'm worried and I don't wanna go to a gynaecologist because I'm pretty scared. Can u please help me!
