I am a 13 years old and for some reason they do not hurt when they get hit. This has been going on for about a year. I also play baseball if that says anything but I have never had a serious blow to them. Help!

As you progress through puberty they will become more sensitive to getting hit.
You may also just have a high tolerance.
It isn't bad.
