THIS IS NOT TRUE! You can get pregnant without having penetration. I know for a fact because I learned it in an allied health tech prep class, and my teacher was an RN. Sperm can leak through the guy's underwear and even BARELY TOUCHING the vagina, they can swim up through it and CAN get the girl pregnant. Even if he didn't ejaculate, this could still happen, because there is something called "pre-ejaculatory fluid." This is basically the same thing as ejaculation, except it comes before the male orgasm, its a very small amount of sperm, and it happens almost every time that anyone has any intimate "heavy petting" relations. Although this pre-ejaculatory fluid is very unlikely to get someone pregnant, and even more so unlikely when there is clothing in between the penis and vagina, it CAN still happen. Which is the same reason that the "pull out" method sometimes doesn't work, and girls get pregnant anyway.
