Well, i got pimple like things around back of the head of my penis, they are very small though. They don't hurt or cause me any sort of trouble. At first when I noticed, I thougt it was a pimple so I tried squishing it, and omg, it hurt like hell, so i just left them alone. Like i said before they don't hurt, but im afraid this could be some disease or something like it. Has anyone had this things? Is it something to worry about?
