ok, weird medical question and googling isn't giving me matches ...  the other day I woke with what seemed like cystic acne on the left bottom of my chin ... next day was gone except a bruise ...  today, I woke with the same thing on the left tip of my nose and if I smile or move my cheeks, the left part of my cheek under the outer edge of my eye feels stiff or like it is filled with novocaine ...  any ideas?  I also have a small rash on my left wrist ...  all of this is on the left side
