It is very hard for me to lose weight, I don't want to use birth control pills

I started at 150 and one year later I'm 215 it's so hard to loose weight and my sex drive is up and down I hate it cause I can't loose weight but I don't want to put anything up my vagina what other birth controls are there that won't make you gain weight and that don't go up the vagina
