I'm 16 years old and I'm having symptoms under my left eyes such itchiness, irritation, and redness. I've been wondering if it could be dermatitis. The skin under my eye is so dry that it developed a large, noticable wrinkle. I try to avoid rubbing but I do it anyways. Putting vaseline and ice would only help the irritation go away for awhile but not permanently. It went away for about a week, but it came back. I've had it for about a month now. Will the wrinkle go down eventually??
