Hi everybody! Im 21 year male. I feel itching near by my anus and down the penis ball. I can't tolerate those pain. Need to clean my anus by cotton once in 8 hours. 

And also minor bleeding when i sh*t. Anybody can resolve my pain.

Medicine I used: Cremaffin, Anti-Fungal Cream, Analgesics etc., 

please help me.
