I dont have big breast or wear any clothes that irritate my skin why is it that my nipples itch?

I'd need a little more info. Here are some questions: Has the itching been going on for a while, or is it new. If it's recent, then here are some other questions :-) Have you purchased a new bra or fillers lately? Have you started using a different soap, creme or perfume? Have you started using a new laundry soap? If none of these are true, then you should check with your ob/gyn to see what could be causing this. Could you be pregnant?
