So I've had my IUD for almost 3 years now, and no regular period. This last month or so I've been feeling extremely nauseous, light headed. Sometimes I will be able to eat And not throw up, and other times I will just randomly vomit. Pregnancy crossed my mind so I took a test, it came up positive. I took 3 more that came up negative. I also went to a doctor who took one of their tests (who said was almost as accurate as a blood test) and it came up negative. I still feel nauseous, I have occasional spotting and I just feel the way I did with my first pregnancy! I don't know What to do :-/ help.
