I've been having really bad abdominal, side and back pain for a month and a half. The side pain is sharp. I've also been experiencing chest pain. When I go to the restroom my sides and back hurts when I take a poop. I constantly have to urinate. I had an ultrasound a week ago and it turns out I had several cysts on my ovaries. One which rupted. I told the nurse I'm having really bad back pain and a lot of bloating. I feel exhausted. Because I have been having this pain for so long and the bad back pain, could it also be something else?
