I've benn taking vicodin for sometime occansionaly I feel chest pain almost like a muscle grabbing chest pain every now and then my BP is high today it was 145/90 I wanna know if I could be having a heart attack or having a stroke. The only other medications I take are Nexium every now and then and Vitamins, Fish oil 1000mg.
I smoke about a pack a day drink a few cups of coffee a day. DO not excrise wight about 180 5'8

I have been experiencing very similar symptoms as well and I also smoke a pack a day and drink an energy drink or 2 or day. Any information from someone would be helpful for me and the other post.
