I've never been able to get wet, with any of my partners and I never have any discharge

I am a 20 year old female who has wierd problems with my vagina. A little back story; I got my period when I was 11. It's been so erratic ever since. I'd get it for 2 days, and the  twice a month. It was always very heavy, and sometimes I would skip a month. It didn't even out, even when I was on the pill. I've never been able to get wet, with ANY of my partners (female or male) I never have ANY discharge, even when I'm "ovulating" I only get a tiny bit. I've had a vaginal exam before, they said everything was normal that they could see. I get aroused, I feel it, but I don't get wet. It also takes me 30 minutes to orgasm when I masturbate. I never orgasm with any of my partners. My current partner could spend 30 minutes going down on me and he does a good job but I don't orgasm. I've tried over the counter libido pills, I've tried different lubes, different foreplay. Nothing works. Help me.
