I am on the second day of the James zeta diet.
it's a really hard diet to follow, but i am doing it to the letter.
i will post my results on friday morning after i weigh myself.
I payed via Paypal and it downloaded within minutes.
I have to say i am starving, and find this diet one of the hardest i have ever tried, my lunch today was runner beans, celery and tomatoes, 1/2 a cup of each.
brakfast is the same every day 1/2 grapefruit.
Butternut squash is everyday too, and i hate it.
so if you want to try it, be prepared.

Others had bought it like myself and we had to pay, and what you when you pay, well you could judge your own, I dont think it is fair for ppl to give it away.

Sheesh...stop freaking out. I'm sure nobody here is "in on it". They probably figure that they paid to get the info, you should too. Stop trying to freeload, pony up the money, and get it yourself. And by the way, everything I've found out about this diet basically tells me this: it's extreme calorie restricting and drinking lots of water. Check around on the internet some and you can find the plan (or do you want someone to Google everything for you because you can't do that either?). And no, I'm not "in on it"...just annoyed at ALL the people wanting to get this diet info for free and then they get pissy because the people that paid for it won't just post the info all over these message boards.

I have done this diet a few times, and love it! I treat it more as a cleanse to jump start a diet. It is very strict, but it does influence you to make better eating choices afterwards. I love that there is no supplements, you're not starving yourself - there are 3 meals, well 2 if you don't count 1/2 grapefruit as a meal (breakfast). There's 18 in 4 AND there's the maintenance plan. I purchased both. I find the meat options on the maintenance plan can get a little boring after a while, so I tend to not stick on the maintenance plan for long. I love the results and recommend it. Did I lost 18 lbs? Nope! I don't even know how that's possible. I lost 10 the first time I did it. I lost about 7-8 lbs the second time I did it, and 5 the last time. Hope this helps! Gotta follow the plan to the letter though to get results. No cheating!
