I am chandrasekhar v.g., a Kidney transplant patient of Apollo Hospital,Chennai. Donor is my mother. My transplant was in 1989 March 30th(26years back) Presently working as General manager(Admin and Hr) for a 300 bed multi specialty hospital in Kollam,Kerala.
we both are keeping in good health after the transplant. why mother nature provide us with two kidneys? Donate one - one is enough.

Assalamulaikum Mr. Shihab, One of close relatives has suffered from kidney failure suddenly at the age 31 years and he has been on dialysis for three weeks. Please advise me where we can get good hospitals for the treatment or kidney transplant.
