ok need a bit of advise, some id**t jamp on me when i was sleeping on a chair and kneeded me in the testicals it was very painfull at then time. 1 day later if is soar to touch my testical around the cords/vains above the ball. it is not swolen or painfull when im dont touch it. any advise should i leave it for a few days and if still soar then go to doctors. It is good that it is not swollen and bruised and that it doesn’t hurt without touching. No bruising would mean that no blood vessels burst, which is good because bleeding poses risks for infections.
I don’t think you should be doing anything. Give it a rest for a few days and the discomfort will go away on its own. And like you said, if it doesn’t improve or start hurting even more, then you should see a doc!
