Late period, creamy vaginal discharge, 4 negative pregnancy tests

I'm 18. My period was 10 days late then I experienced some light bleeding while at work. For the past week and a half I've been throwing up and recently been having mild cramping. Also have been having a cremey vaginal discharge and even when my "period started i can still see the discharge, it kinda makes the blood a creamy dark redish brown. I took a total of 4 pregnancy test last week and all were negative, one was ify, seemed like i saw a line but no one else saw it. My periods always has been either on time or early or a day or 2 late not a week and a half. I'm going to schedule a blood test soon to confirm but does anyone think I should take another home pregnancy test just in case?
