If you were tracking your ovulation days after you came off the pill after 15 years...had a regular period first month, then 9 days late the next month, how do you calculate your ovulation days besides taking temperature?

Hi there, I think the best thing to do is go from the end of the period to calculate your ovulation period, although I might be mistaken. Does that sound reasonable. Does anyone else have an idea?

Thanks...I thought the same thing since your period only comes after ovulation, not the other way around. So, you think that I should count the 14 days from my "late" period?

So, here we are again....another 8 days late and no AF. Due for Ovulation in 3 days. Having some CM now. What now? So confusing!

alright, this is getting ridiculous...maybe I can give some insight....was NEVER late before for a period...NEVER...only when I got pregnant with my son. Never late before, never late after. NOW 12 days late, and yesterday...Negative HPT. Supposed to have started ovulation yesterday if cycle was correct. No AF, no pregnancy? HELP!!!
