I am not trying to market anything, I just wanted to let you know about this product I bought three months ago and had success with it. It is called Lateral Thigh Trainer, and it is sort of a stepper and it did wonders for my thighs and buttocks. I have managed to tighten them in just three months and they feel so good. I have been on a diet as well, that certainly helped but the machine is great. I would turn on a TV and watch it while exercising, so it wasn’t boring at all.

Hi! I have also heard about Lateral Thigh Trainer because my cousin bought it. She has been exercising regularly and seems satisfied. However, I am more of an aerobic type, I like to jump and involve all sorts of muscles in my exercise, not just thighs and buttocks.

I have a lateral thigh trainer, and was recently diagnosed with scoliosis and just wondered if it is safe to use it? I need to strengthen the muscles in my back because of lower back pain. Any suggestions?
