Hi. I need to find a proper diagnostic center with my insurance, but am testing the boards here in the meantime to see if anyone can provide insight. It seems every month or two for the past couple years I have this reoccuring sensitivity on the left side of my neck (upper neck / under jaw / sometimes behind ear) that is also sometimes accompanied by molar tooth pain back there too (so not sure if it's a tooth issue). At any rate, this pain usually happens after I use my inversion table to stretch out my back. I've always thought it strained my neck every so often so that's where the pain comes from. I've also been told by a pharmacist it could be the result of fluids [toxins] pooling in the glands there from being inverted. More recently, it's happened without the inversion table, but I did drink heavily the night before. But I also drink heavily most evenings (3+ beers/cocktails) and don't always get this feeling. -29yo male

also, no noticeable swelling. just very tender, and not entirely sure it's glands or muscle tissue that is so tender.
