left testical lots of lumps but dosent hurt could it be can

I'm 20, and also have two Pea sized lumps on both my testicles, the one on my left has been there for years, i just recently found the one on my right, but i didnt check my right so it could of been there just as long, but i'm glad to hear if there one on both testicle in the same place on each testicle, then there supposed to be there, i also have tubing and soft bumps n stuff behind my left testicle but not my right, is this something not to be worried about?

im 14 years old nearly 15. but iv noticed this since i was about 11. I didn't do anything because i didn't think it was anything wrong. but then my science teacher was teaching us about it in our lesson.

I have these lumps on the side of my left testicle. it doesn't hurt. im embarest to tell anyone. iv been really worried about this.

Ya I'm 19 and today, I woke up and had well a hard, had to pee, so waited till it subsided, and tried to use the bathroom but nothing happened and still had the sensation I had to use the bathroom. Started not to feel well, had pain in my lower abdominal, got undressed, decided a shower would make me feel a little better and help me pee, well right before i stepped in I noticed a lump or something to that nature of what has been described in first post, it was about half the size of my left testicle. Well I did not know what to think so I stepped in the shower and I suddenly felt very nausesous and dizzy. So I stumbled into my room calling my parent's cell, cause I can not afford going to the doctor. After that I checked my testicals again to see what was going on, my left testical had one big lump and a couple of smaller ones and it felt like somebody had hit me in the balls, and I have had a dull pain all day and every time i cough or sneeze I have a pain in my lower abdominal plus a slight burning sensation like I have to pee. Should I be worried?

i have this small pea sized lump on both my right and left testicle, and they are attached to a kind of cord, but the one on the left is slightly bigger than the one on the right, and i sometimes get an ache in my left but not right,. i'm 15

hi im 14 but when i was 13 i took a shower and found a pea sized lump on my left seed at first i was thinking that it was cancer but lucky for me both of my parents are nurses and they checked it and said that im ok and its normal. but once in a while is aches me but not as BAD to the point that ill cry im still scared up to today and im planing on going to the doctor and telling her . i dont kno but i would feer bettre haring rom my doctor than parents

I realise that I'm a little late here compared to everyone else..but oh well! I'm 16 and I have loads of little lumps not on the testicles but like in between the skin and the testicles if that makes any sense at all? It sort of feels like jelly, these lumps aren't attached to the testicles or anything and so I'm wondering if it's tissues or something to protect the testicles? It doesn't hurt at all, ache or anything..and I have had them now quite a while and haven't died or anything which is great! But I'm worried about it being cancer or something:( I looked it up on google and they say how if you have lumps it's usually cancer especially if you're 15-44...I'm not sure if that's just making me worry or if it is something important? Once I went to the doctor about something and they said 'never look it up on the internet as it just makes you worry more and think that it's something big when it's not..' but I am still worried. They seem to be more on my left than my right, but I have had them now for a long time (the little lumps, obviously not my testicles), never had any problems, aching or anything...they're just sort of sat there... I'm rarely ill and do mountain biking and have never had an injury in that place. So I am completley confused on what it could be, as it's not just one lump that I am certain is on the actual testicle, it's loads of little ones like there is jelly around it protecting it or something...or something actually wrong?Please reply as it is sort of worrying me, I do want to go to the doctors...but really nervous about going as it will be really awkward and everything and so that's what's stopping me from going. It's nothing sexual related, like STD's or anything!

An ultrasound indicated that both of my testicles are the same size, but the left one is surrounded by liquid. I am 67, in good health. How can I get rid of liquid? It is uncomfortable only.
