I started concentrating on my running four months ago and have been training for a 12K, so gradually increasing my mileage every week. But lately, I have had the worst aches in my legs, calves. It is almost impossible for me to handle the pain. I had a massage today, and that helped a little, so is there a really great stretch for my calves?

Make sure that you are warming up and cooling down properly, slower pace for at least 5-10 minutes. Do stretching at the end of each run, and staying properly hydrated. Warm ups and cool downs are the most neglected parts of a workout, but you may also need to try a different shoe brand. Shoes can often be a reason for leg aches.
